Domino Directory Management
Directory Attender is a platform independent Lotus Notes utility that gives administrators the ability to manage data within their Domino directories. Management is automatically carried out by Directory Attender's enforcement of restrictions that are created by the Lotus Notes administrator.

Group Management
- Preserve directory security and ensure proper user access/update abilities

- Ensure conformity to company standards by managing the ‘Domain’, ‘Encrypt incoming mail’, ‘Format preference for incoming mail’, ‘Mail system’, ‘Middle initial’, ‘Short name’ and ‘Internet address’ values
- Monitor forwarding addresses to ensure proper mail delivery
Server Management
- Enforce standards for ACL entries/roles that prohibit unauthorized users from accessing the directories as well as restricting authorized users access rights
ACL Management
- Audit or disable automated tasks initiated by specified owners
- Control database deployment by individual user, group, or location
- Set consistent design standards to ensure corporate quality assurance compliance
Reporting
- Create reports for all group membership (including nesting) for specified servers/users
- Capture statistics for all directories
- Report on document counts by type (Connections, Domains, etc.)
- View template inheritance information
